Black Tea (Camellia sinensis)

Add 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea to your strainer, teapot or mug.

Heat water to just before boiling, pour over herbs. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Earl grey is a simple blend of black tea and oil of bergamot. Shown to aid in lowering blood pressure, total cholesterol and LDL (‘bad’ cholesterol). It contains caffeine in safe amounts that help wake you up and keep you energized throughout the day. Earl grey can also aid digestion, by relieving constipation, acid reflux and intestinal infections.
