Black Tea (Camellia sinensis)

Add 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea to your strainer, teapot or mug.

Heat water to just before boiling, pour over herbs. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Earl grey is a simple blend of black tea and oil of bergamot. Shown to aid in lowering blood pressure, total cholesterol and LDL (‘bad’ cholesterol).
