How do I make a cup of loose leaf tea?
We recommend using our tea infuser. Place 1-2 tsp of tea into the strainer. Pour hot water over the herbs, covering them completely. Place lid onto strainer. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Sip slowly and enjoy.
Does this blend contain caffeine?
Be sure to read in the description above if this blend contains caffeine ! The majority of blends do not contain caffeine. However, our Jasmine Green, Comfort Grey and Green Ginger do contain caffeine.
What is the shelf life?
Our blends have a shelf life of up to 24 months ! However, for best results, we suggest you consume your blends within 12 months. To maintain their freshness after opening, always ensure the bag or jar is closed and kept in a cool, dark spot.
