Take Care is a tea tonic meant to do exactly as it’s name implies, to ‘Take Care’ of you. During times of stress or overwork, the botanicals within this tea blend will balance the nervous system, lessening our reaction to stress. Often described as comfort in a cup; a comfort that can be (and should be) enjoyed daily.

Benefits of Take Care

Oatstraw: feeds and nourishes the nervous system, calming any sparked nerve endings during those moments we feel we are flailing.

Lavender: calms the nervous system by reducing any anxieties

Chamomile: used as a carminative in the blend, for those times when the nerves can start to make our stomach roll.

Notes from our Naturopath

‘While studying for my doctorate, I found myself leaning too deeply into an afternoon cup of coffee to ‘get in’ a few more hours of studying. My nervous system was shot until I shifted my afternoon coffee into a cup of Take Care. I love visualizing the impact oatstraw has on my nerve endings and the power of passionflower at calming my body.’
